I used to love the safeTstep brand. Then they had to go adding that stupid 24/7 comfort insole cushion. I have a high arch, so I don't need added support on my heel. The old insole without the cushion worked great for me, and I wish they still offered it as an option for people like myself who don't need heel support. Unfortunately they don't, and I refuse to buy a new insole on top of having to buy the shoe! Give us the option for a normal insole!
